Office Locations and Directions
Missoula Office
Our office in Missoula is located at 900 North Orange St., Suite 207. The office is located in the Missoula Medical Plaza, which is connected to the Providence Surgery Center.
Directions from I-90
1. Take the Orange St. Exit on I-90 (Exit #104)
2. Turn South onto Orange St.
3. Our office is located on the left hand side across from Ole's Gas Station. The office is within a stone's throw of the Interstate, so don't go too far!
Directions from the Bitterroot Valley
1. Take Hwy. 93 north to Missoula
2. Hwy. 93 turns into Brooks St. Stay on Brooks street until you get to Stephens Ave.
3. Turn left on Stephens Ave and this turns into Orange St.
4. Just after you go through the tunnel on Orange St. turn right into our parking lot.

Kalispell Office
Our office in Kalispell is located at 75 Claremont St. The office is on the south side of the parking lot for Kalispell Regional Medical Center. We share a suite with Dr. Mark Sorenson on the ground floor of the building.
Directions from the south
1. Take Hwy. 93 north through Kalispell
2. Approx. 1/2 mile after crossing Hwy. 2 turn right at traffic light onto Conway Dr. There are signs for Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
3. Turn right just before the ALERT helicopter hanger onto Claremont St.
4. Our building is the first on the left. We are on the ground floor in Dr. Sorenson's suite immediately inside the main entrance.
Directions from the north
1. Take Hwy. 93 south through Whitefish almost to Kalispell.
2. Turn left at traffic light onto Conway Dr. There are signs for Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
3. Turn right just before the ALERT helicopter hanger onto Claremont St.
4. Our building is the first on the left. We are on the ground floor in Dr. Sorenson's suite immediately inside the main entrance.
